Our Vision
“I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death” Philippians 3:10

It is our VISION and call, and commitment to point the church back onto the path of making disciples. It is our passion and directive to lead Christians away from our false perceptions and into His way.

We desire to see a church committed to His purpose and poured out to His ways. Then we will see revival through real prayer and devotion to His Lordship.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” Psalm 119:105 KJV

Into Thy Word Ministries teaches people how to study the Bible in a simple, clear, and concise way, discipling pastors and missionaries, providing seminars, speaking, church consulting, discipleship tools and resources for Christian growth.

Do you consult with God before taking decisions?

Do you consult with God before taking decisions?

Do you consult with God before taking decisions? Some of the most common answers might be "all the time", or "sometimes", and in some cases, we find those that have never though about it!

What would be your answer?

The Word of God encourages us to show our trust in him through our decision making skills. However, isn’t it amazing how quickly we are in doing our own thing, and excluding him in the process, or how fast we are in forgetting about him totally?

Steps to improve our decision making skills:

Recognize who God is!

Invite God in your life!

Yield your heart, will, and intellect to him!

Trust and rely in Him at all times!

Through our decision making skills we have the privilege to show God that we rely in him, but it requires a yielded heart, will, and intellect on our behalf.

First, we must recognize that He is God; therefore, we must acknowledge that He is Control. As a consequence, we should not attempt to do His job!

Most important, it requires an open door policy for Him on our daily affairs. For if we happen to shut the door, how can we expect him to enter? In other words, we have to “give up the attitude”, “give up the stubbornness”, allow him to have His Way.

Finally, we must learn to listen! Even if we don’t like the content of the message, we have to listen, for he knows what is best for us. Avoid being one of those that “have ears, and listen not”.

Benefits:

What are the benefits of applying this decision making skills?

As consequence of applying the previous decision making skills, we will receive direction in our lives. To be more specific, he will direct us, lead us, and guide us.

Remember the last time you got lost on the winding road or the mall? How did you feel?

Wouldn’t it be easier to trust him, and allow him to make our paths straight?

To Reflect:

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV)
